P.S. This transmission was available only in the 1.5-2.5 (400-600) Trucks. The NP540 is a 5 speed not to be confused with the more common NP420 four speed.

Hello, I'm looking for a complete 57-58 Dodge NP540 transmission. Must have shifter and rear drum brake assembly still in tact. Looking for good used, rebuilt or new old stock. 57-58 is the interchange. Later models will not work due to input shaft specifications. I'm located in MD. Thanks.
